ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

ARTICLE I

The name of the corporation is CREATIVE SEARCH FOUNDATION INCORPORATED.

ARTICLE II

The CREATIVE SEARCH FOUNDATION INC. is a corporation organized exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific and literary activities within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.

In furtherance thereof, the CREATIVE SEARCH FOUNDATION INC. shall develop educational seminars in leadership, management, ethics and other subject matter as they relate to entity development for the purpose of creating opportunity enhancement through empowerment of the individual. The science program will support service and product development, be it a patent search, copyright, process or formula which offers the greatest potential for the benefit of the public good. The library programs will provide knowledge enhancement through the Resource and Information Center: a facility which will house books, publications, audio and visual cassettes and CD-ROM discs, telecommunication equipment and other related amenities.

In connection with the foregoing, the CREATIVE SEARCH FOUNDATION INC. may charge a fee for its charitable activities as well as any services and activities it promotes as permitted by Massachusetts General Laws and Regulations adopted there under, provided that any net income there from shall be used exclusively for the charitable, educational, scientific and literary activities for which the CREATIVE SEARCH FOUNDATION INC. was created. The CREATIVE SEARCH FOUNDATION INC. shall not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, or religion nor shall it endorse political or religious interests.
