 (These funds remain in the core group from which they were created)


Ten Percent of Equity Shares Issued to the Adventure Capital Fund
"A not for profit share holding entity administered by the directors from the core group community"

The income from these share holdings will be granted to individuals
with an Idea, Invention or Business Venture.

These created entities conform to the Creative Search Sponsored Entity Program
and theTwo Ten System
